3D on Helping Bristol’s Homeless

Massive Attack’s Rob Del Naja (aka 3D) has paid for a new container to help homeless people in his home city

The musician got involved after he heard about the social enterprise called Help Bristol’s Homeless.

Started by restaurant owner Jasper Thompson, the team converts shipping containers into liveable homes, with a bedroom, bathroom, living area and a kitchen.

The first container was moved into Malago Road in Bedminster in March this year, and has since grown to include six on the site.

One of those was recently sponsored by Del Naja, who has also created an artwork to help raise money for the project.
